 'Hello Kolkata FAIR' (Fusion of Cultural Programs & Exhibition-cum-Sale)

  Fixed Dates-  29 & 30 June (Sat. & Sunday), 

            17 & 18 August  (Sat. & Sunday), 

            28 & 29 September  (Sat. & Sunday)  **Pre-Puja Special  as  28 Sept. is 'Mahalaya' 

 Timing- Each day 10 am - 9 pm

Venue-  Bangur Mukta Mancha (Kolokakuli), besides Bangur Swimming Pool, (@ 1 Km. distance from VIP Bangur Stop or 1 Km. from 227 No. bus stand, Bangur)  

     **** Bangur Mukta Mancha has 18 ft wide x 15 ft. good stage (at 4 ft. height). 

***Items can be displayed on concrete seats (2 ft. wide & 3.5 ft. long, with 2 ft. back-rest)

       Rental for 2 days' display-cum-sale = Rs. 1500 per seat. 

  This rental of Rs. 1500 include all of the following:-

2 days of display of items in 1 seat (2 ft. wide & 3.5 ft. long & 2 ft. back-rest), 

Display of up to 2 banners or standees at venue,

FB & other promotions,

Free Participation in cultural program,

Minimum 8 times announcement during whole day abt. the organization/items,

Minimum 2 time self-briefing abt. the organization/items, 

3 to 4 times free advertisements in 'Hello Kolkata' newspaper and web,

U will get You-tube recording of the program

Each Stall Owner will get  10 - 20% Discount for Membership of 'Hello Kolkata Ladies CLUB'. (Annual Membership Fees of HKLC = Rs. 3000).   

Pls. note---  For additional Media promotions in newspapers like Dainik Statesman, Dainik Jagran, Arthik Lipi, Sukhabar, & TV Channels like CTN, etc. charges will be extra and will be decided mutually.

****As there is NOT adequate storage system at venue, all goods have to be taken back at home after 1st day's eve, and NOT to be kept at venue.  

****'Hello Kolkata FAIR' will have Auctions for Charity & Social Welfare - So we request donation of clothes, books, foods for needy people. 

***On 29 & 30 June, 10 am - 9 pm, 'Hello Kolkata FAIR' will have various Cultural Programs:-

Sruti-natak

Band Festival 

Workshop & Talk Shows (Law, Insurance, Women Empowerment, Gender Issues, Health, Wellness, Make-up)

Fashion show with New Designers  

Auditions for Acting in Films, Series, Albums, etc.

Beauty Contest- Solo (Kid, Mr., Miss, Mrs.)

                   Duo- Mom & Kid, Couple, Senior Citizens, Differently-abled children

'Hello Kolkata Literature Festival' on 30th June, 10 am - 1 pm will be conducted by Ms. Ritweeka Banerjee, 'Literoma'

We are inviting Cultural Groups for song, recitation, sruti-natak, etc. on 30th June, 1 pm onwards & 29 June (10 am - 9 pm) 

     **Regn. fees= Rs 200 - 1000  per hour (depending on period 10 am - 8 pm)

       

We will have Cooking contest on 29th & 30th June- Bring Veg. & Non-Veg. items (Snacks and Dessert). 

        Tell recipe within 1 minute in front of Judges.  

Regn fess- Rs 200.

       Each contestant can publish Recipe for free in our 'Hello Kolkata' newspaper & web.
